Kim Victoria Cattrall, born July 21, 1956, in London in London, is an British and Canadian actress. She is most famous for her character Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for 2002 as the best supporting female actress. Her character was the same in the movies Sex and the City 2008 as well as Sex and the City 2 2010. The actress was also the main actress in Police Academy Big Trouble In Little China Mannequin & Porky's. Kim Cattrall comes to mind whenever you think of her character Samantha Jones on the hit HBO television series Sex & the City. Cattrall is a well-known actress whose portrayal Samantha Jones in the popular TV sitcom Sex and The City marked a pivotal point in her career. Her popularity grew not only amongst her national audience but she became an international celebrity. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most well-known performance was from the film comedy drama La Dolce Vita. It won an Oscar and the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960 and was also a commercial as well as critical success. Born in Skane Sweden she worked as a fashion model prior to her acting profession. She won the Miss Sweden competition. After she left Sweden for the US and starred in a variety of films as a small part, her career took off. Her first appearance was as a character in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars as a Venusian. In the following year, after appearing as an unknown for the film Blood Alley she was awarded the Golden Globe in the most likely category.
